The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Eye Health and Visual Impairment, chaired by Marsha De Cordova MP, is hosting a vital panel discussion on the future of eye care within the Governmentโs 10-Year Health and Care Plan.
With over 2 million people in the UK living with sight loss, and the number set to rise, the event will bring together MPs, clinicians, patient advocates and sector leaders to explore how national policy must evolve to meet the growing challenges around eye health and visual impairment.
Attendees will:
- Hear from a cross-party panel
- Engage directly with patients and professionals in the eye care sector
- Receive briefing materials and media content to help raise awareness
- Show their support for better access, prevention, and treatment in eye care
This is a unique opportunity to champion eye health at the heart of policymaking. All Parliamentarians are warmly encouraged to attend.
